  • Impact:  Successfully launched ernestleoty.com in multiple markets (UK, FR & USA) with £50k+ monthly online sales; Secured the collection at Net a Porter, Selfridges, Matches Fashion, Le Bon Marché, SKP Beijing, Goop, Carbon38, …; secured top media placements (Vogue, Le Figaro, Women's Health, Glamour, ...); and became the go-to activewear brand for Parisians

  • Solution: Organized notable events and ‘press trips’ in England, France, Italy, Morocco, and the US; Built long-lasting relationships with fashion, wellness, and lifestyle influencers; Secured strategic partnerships with global brands including; Ritz Paris, Diptique, Oetker Collection, APL, Alex Eagle Studio, Maison Assouline, Tata Harper, Detox Kitchen, South Kensington Club, Maisie Café, Skyting Yoga, and more


  • Impact: Organically grew Instagram followers from 0 to 40k+ (before Ad spend)

  • Challenge: Attract new customers who are reluctant to buy activewear through an e-commerce platform


  • Solution: I bridged the physical and digital gap by creating compelling in-store activations and innovative consumer programs with our retail partners


  • Impact: Secured, developed, and managed a two-month pop-up at Le Bon Marché department store in Paris; organized an in-store shopping event at Goop in Los Angeles; organized an in-store yoga activation at Carbon38 Hamptons New York; oversaw the development and execution of retailer partnerships and pop-ups hosted at London, Paris, and global partners

  • Challenge: Grow the social media following of the beauty brand by developing a content strategy for Instagram and Facebook, and increasing awareness in the competitive market


  • Solution:  To improve brand messaging, I conducted market research, analyzed our direct competitors, and planned social media strategies to effectively communicate with the brand's target audience. I created innovative content and social campaigns and identified and collaborated with brand ambassadors and influencers to create content and increase brand recognition

  • Challenge:  Establish ‘Charlotte Muller’ as an authority in the areas of fertility, hormones, and women's health


  • Solution:  Research like-minded brands, create pitches and asks for social media partnerships, cross-promotional newsletter content, and co-branded products that elevate Charlotte’s own brand visibility in France to accompany  the 'Fertility Yoga' brand 


  • Impact:  Secured a co-branded product partnership between Charlotte Muller and one of France’s leading women’s fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum snacks brand, Jolly Mama, with the creation of the “Pink Balance, Hormonal Balance” drink powder

  • Challenge:  Introduce Fertility Yoga to the English-speaking market (with a focus on the UK)


  • Solution:  Research the market and develop an overall marketing strategy, source partnership opportunities, influencers, fitness studios, and women’s health brands to create awareness  


  • Impact:  Secured brand and studio partners in NYC and London; and organized three dates of influencer and industry leader classes in London (in partnership with Detox Kitchen and Mortimer House) to introduce Fertility Yoga to the market

  • Challenge:  Develop the communications strategy for Claret Capital Partners following the firm’s spinout from Harbert European Growth Capital  


  • Solution:   Developed and designed a monthly newsletter highlighting the firm’s portfolio news, company news, interviews, and key learnings to a targeted listing and the firm’s tech and life science eco-system; Conducted interviews with CEOs and management teams to produce thought leadership content; Created LinkedIn content, and more 


  • Impact:  Delivered the newsletter monthly with an average unique open rate of 24% and grew the LinkedIn following by 300% in two years

  • Challenge:   Launch the website, claret-capital.com 

 

  • Solution:   Collaborate with the Claret team to comprehend their website requirements; oversee the web developers to guarantee the timely completion of tasks and pages; produce website content and design; acquire relevant images and team photos; and ensure successful completion of the website


  • Impact:  Launched a redesigned website for Claret Capital Partners in just three months, with a focus on promoting Claret and its Portfolio

  • Challenge:   Oversee the execution of CVA’s 35th Anniversary celebration at the Louis Vuitton Foundation located in Paris, France   


  • Solution:   Designed and created the Save the Date and digital invite, Developed physical invites, Managed the Firm’s and Partners’ guest lists, Handled all outreach and RSVPs, Collaborated with the event planners/ producers, Created marketing materials and a CVA employee video for display at the event, Handled front of door check-in  


  • Impact:  400+ CVA clients, alumni, and relationships of the strategy consulting firm attended the celebration event (October 2022)

  • Challenge:   Enable Atelier Nubio and its stakeholders in making an informed decision about expanding the brand in the UK market. Develop a clear budget and plan to establish the French wellness brand in the UK market


  • Solution:   Conducted Pre-Launch Activity, including: a Consumer Focus Group (Gifting, Typeform survey, Analysis), Targeted influencer and industry leader outreach, Package adoption and translation, Brand deck adoption and translation; Conducted Brand Positioning Activity, including: Competitor analysis, UK product offering, messaging and persona, UK-specific content; Created a Launch Strategy, including a calendar, budget, influencer, PR and partnership suggestions; Created a UK target retailer list; and outlined next steps on how to implement the launch strategy  


  • Impact:   Developed a “UK Expansion: Pre-Launch Activity and Launch Proposal/ Next Steps” proposal presentation for Atelier Nubio's management and board

  • Challenge:   Produce compelling imagery and videos (with humans) that effectively represent and bring the brand to life  


  • Solution:  Organized a photoshoot in Paris and secured well-known French and British photographers, Morgane and Jonny Cochrane-Lay. Sourced model, makeup artist, and the shoot team, plus handled all production elements, to showcase the products (beauty and supplements) in use


  • In addition, I organized a video shoot and sourced the videographers to create a series between the founder and brand expert to highlight the science behind the brand  


  • Impact:   Produced hundreds of professional and behind-the-scenes images and videos for Days of Confidence to use on their website, newsletters, Ads, and social media.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING 


  • Challenge:  Increase recognition of the recently launched Days of Confidence brand and position it as a desirable, all-encompassing beauty brand for overall wellness


  • Solution:  Developed a content and social media strategy with an editorial calendar that highlighted various aspects and themes of the brand (clean beauty, wellness, sustainable, French, organic, nutrition, skincare, supplements, inside out), wrote the social media captions in French and English, sourced and secured influencers to work with the brand, handled the community management on all accounts, oversaw the existing PR agency working with the brand and sourced a new agency, sourced various brand partnerships, organized a video and photoshoot, and organized an event with 15 top beauty and wellness influencers in partnership with Maisie Café in Paris 


  • Impact:   Increased the social media following by 900% and secured a new French PR partner
